Glencoe photography is run by husband and wife team Karl and Pamela Griffin. Taken in by the magic of the Highland landscape, lifestyle and local hospitality, Karl and Pamela settled in the village of Ballachulish several years ago. Their warm and friendly approach ensures that you are completely satisfied with your entire photographic experience. When you join them you will be sure to have a rewarding time with plenty of laughter thrown in for good measure.

Their photography safaris and tuition take you on a creative exploration of the stunning landscapes of Glen Coe while their portrait and wedding photography captures your treasured moments and loved ones for you to keep with you forever.

Karl’s love for the magic of Glen Coe fuelled his decision to alter the direction of his career from working in the oil industry to pursuing his two passions in life, photography and the great outdoors. He has a diploma in Digital Photography and is an experienced outdoor enthusiast with mountain leader and first aid training.

Karl is continuously inspired by the changing moods and unique light of the dramatic Highland landscape. These spectacular backdrops offer ample opportunity for Karl to provide you with exceptionally stunning and captivating images.
